Position Summary: The Information Technology (IT) Intern will support the needs of the IT Department. This is a full-time, onsite internship for the Summer 2022 semester starting June 7, 2022 and ending August 28, 2022.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with hardware configuration
• Review and audit records
• Triage IT help desk tickets
• Process documentation
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science; or earned a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science within the last 12 months
• Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to accept delegated assignments, work with moderate independence
• High attention to detail
• COVID-19 vaccination required
